I had a great stay here! The staff were incredibly friendly and supportive, making me feel welcomed throughout my entire visit. The attached Wohlfühl Therme was such a convenient feature, accessed easily through the connecting tunnel.
It was all superb.

The breakfast was fantastic and the staff member who served us was very friendly. We also enjoyed the comfortable bed which made it easy for us to relax and get some rest. the location was perfect as there were various attractions nearby that we were able to visit.
There were some negative aspects that made our stay less comfortable. The lack of a lift made it hard for us to carry our luggage up and down the many staircases.

The breakfast selection was good and the lady serving it was friendly. the bed was comfortable and helped me sleep better. the hotel was located near important landmarks and it was easy to reach them.
There were several staircases, which could be a problem for some guests since there were no elevators. the furniture looked extremely outdated, especially the lamp in the main room.

The location of the hotel is great, close to many attractions. the breakfast is delicious and the staff is friendly and helpful. the room is comfortable and the bed is very good, making for a good night’s sleep. the facilities are modern and functional.
The furniture is outdated and some aspects of the bathroom need improvement.
